FABRICATION WELDER/BODY TECH

TIG welding of stainless, mild, galvanized steel and aluminum parts
Administered the use of blueprints, grinders, clamps, straight edge (square), levels
MIG welded mild steel tubing and other materials
Appointed to spot weld, run brake press, the turret, shear, molding machine, finishing wheel, insertion press, CNC lathe, and drill press
Conducted clear communication between Team Lead and Supervisor on all projects and prototypes
Utilized fixtures, tape measure, and PDS (Product Description Sheet)
Daily use of c-clamps, vice grips, mallets, hammers, grinders, and cut off wheel
Authorized to operate one of the three robots
Assisted Laser (taking cut parts and grinding them, reloading the laser) and bending parts with a bender
